Always remember!
P0 - An issue that needs to be addressed immediately and with as many resources as is required
P1 - An issue that needs to be addressed quickly
P2 - An issue that needs to be addressed on a reasonable timescale
P3 - An issue that should be addressed when able
P4 - An issue that should be addressed eventually
All tickets created on the portal will be created as P3s.
All tickets created by email will be created as P4s.
If after 30 days a P4 is still unassigned it will automatically be closed.
After 60 days all P4s will automatically be closed.
